Sales Lead / Wholesale Assistant

Rally Republic is a leading retailer specializing in the sale of officially licensed pickleball paddles. We are passionate about promoting the sport of pickleball and providing high-quality equipment to players of all levels. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an internal sales lead.

Role Overview:

Rally Republic is seeking a proactive and dedicated person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be focused on maximizing our sales, from establishing new contacts to managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact Management: Rank and prepare all new sales contacts to streamline and grow our wholesale accounts. Also work closely with existing licensing contacts.
2. Promotion Box Management: Prepare promotional boxes, ensuring details are correctly entered into ShipStation, with corresponding notes and pickleball paddle recommendations.
3. Account Setup and Management: Proactively contact and set up new accounts with their corresponding information and account order information.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor and order paddles or related supplies as needed, ensuring a seamless supply chain.
5. Multi-location Leverage: Prioritize new accounts that leverage multi-location stores or groups, expanding Rally Republic's reach and sales potential.
6. Order Setup and Management: Efficiently manage and respond to all inbound inquiries and orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Achievement Goals: Aim to prepare the setup of a minimum of 25 promotional boxes per week, which includes researching wholesale contacts, their relevant information, and all other associate details.
